The travel allowance of participants - at the expense of the dispatching organisation

For participation in the conference, please, fill in the registration form on the site of the conference or send it by e-mail region@admin.smolensk.ru, or by fax (0812) 386826 till the 20^th of May 2005, and also send the text of the report by e-mail to the address region@admin.smolensk.ru.

Because of the reduction of the amount of co-financing of the conference the decision was made to introduce the registration fee for participants of the conference.

The registration fee is not collected from state employees, experts, moderators and participants making reports.

The registration fee includes:

• portfolio with the information materials, including the books “The leading principles of the policy of improvement of state information, which is the public property”, “Public centers of legal, business and municipal information in the Russian Federation”, the compact disk with the materials of the conference, etc.;
• participation in the ceremonies of opening, closing and official receptions;
• participation in cultural actions of the conference;
• trips to the places where out meetings are held;

The sum of the registration fee is 800 rubles (inc. 18 % VAT).

By the 1^st of June 2005 the Organization Committee will have made a final decision on membership of participants of the forum and official invitations will be sent by e-mail.
